I use ECO Soy wax advanced formula, all natural coconut wax and premium fragrance oils mixed with pure essential oils.
My wicks are all cotton or wood wicks to ensure a clean burn and a strong scent throw. All our raw materials are sourced from domestic suppliers to minimise our carbon footprint where possible.
Candles have a burn memory, so each time you light the candle allow it to burn until the wax melts all the way to the edge of the vessel.
First time is about (2-3 hours). This prevents tunnelling and extends the candles life. Additionally trim the wick before each use; keeping it short can increase burn time by up to 20%.
We are sorry that our candles did not meet your expectations. All my candles are inspected prior to shipping.
However we will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment within 5 days of you receiving your order.
We accept returns on unused, unlit candles only. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping costs for the original order or the return shipping.
